Deposits and Guarantees

A deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount to a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Holidays and Special Events except Christmas/New Years require balance to be paid 14 days before check-in time on arrival date. Christmas/New Years Holidays require balance to be paid 30 days before check-in time on arrival date.

Cancellations

For your deposit to be returned, reservations must be cancelled 2 days before check-in time on arrival date except for Holidays and Special Events, when cancellations must be made 14 days before check-in time and Christmas/New Years Holidays when cancellations must be made 30 days before check-in time on arrival date.

After check-in, you are responsible for the entire stay no matter what the circumstances.

There will be a 15% penalty on all refunds to cover credit card processing fees.

POLICIES/CONDITIONS:

 Additional persons over the standard capacity of the unit are not allowed without prior approval and will be subject to an extra per person charge.

No pets or smoking allowed in any unit. There will be an automatic $250 fee applied to your credit card for policy violation.

Local ordinance requires a quiet time from 11PM to 7AM. Unregistered guests are not allowed in any unit past 10PM. Violations of these ordinances are subject to arrest and removal.

  Kitchens are to be left in the same condition as upon check-in. Unwashed dishes and coffee pots, dirty stove, food left in the refridgerator, etc.,are subject to an extra cleaning charge deemed appropiate by management.
